The House Ponce is an order for house in a neighborhood of the 40s in the conurbation of Buenos Aires. Designed by Mathias Klotz, Chile. The terrain is extremely long and narrow (16 x 120 meters), with important vegetation on the edges, a strong view on the slope and Rio de La Plata in both hands, which gives one side of creek. The idea was to maintain the view from access to the river, so that the house does not become a stopper that divides the ground in a forward and one back.
